Visa Bali Service is a private visa-assistance service based in Tumbak Bayuh, Badung, Bali. We work with a licensed Indonesian visa agency to help travellers understand visa routes and request support with eligible applications. Our aim is to make the choices, requirements, costs and next steps easier to follow.
What our assistance can include
Depending on the visa category and the written quote for your case, our team and agency partner can review your travel purpose and route, explain the document checklist, check the application details you provide, prepare and lodge an eligible application with Indonesian Immigration, and assist with eligible in-country visa extensions.
We confirm the exact scope and price before you pay. Government charges and our assistance fee are shown separately where confirmed; otherwise, the written quote explains the total and any fee breakdown available for that route.
A clear process from enquiry to decision
- Tell us your passport nationality, travel purpose and planned stay using the visa finder or contact team.
- We review the route and reply with the relevant documents, current quote and next steps.
- If you choose to proceed, follow the document and payment instructions we provide for your case.
- We assist with the agreed application steps and keep you informed. Indonesian Immigration makes the visa decision.
Company and application partner
Visa Bali Service (VBS) is the customer-facing service name. VisaStation is the Indonesian visa-services partner handling agreed application work. VisaStation’s published privacy policy and terms state that it holds legal permissions to operate as a visa agency; they do not identify the registered legal entity name or NIB. Before payment, ask us for the legal entity and current OSS/NIB details that apply to your case. Visa Bali Service does not publish a separate accreditation number.

We are not a government website and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Indonesia. We do not issue visas, control government processing or guarantee approval. Visa classes, eligibility, documents and fees can change, so travellers should check current rules with Indonesian Immigration.
