Frequently asked questions.

Answers about choosing a visa, documents, timing, extensions and the assistance process.

Which visa do I actually need?

The right route depends on your passport, purpose, planned activities and length of stay. Use the visa finder for a starting point, then check the route details and confirm eligibility with Indonesian Immigration.

How fast can you process a visa?

Typical estimates after complete documents and payment are up to 48 hours for B1 e-VOA, 8–14 working days for C1, C2 and E33G, and 7–10 working days for eligible extensions after biometrics. Immigration controls processing, so these are estimates, not guarantees. Contact us early if you have a travel deadline.

What documents do I need?

The checklist depends on your visa and passport. Start with our document guide, then confirm the final list in the official e-Visa portal.

Can you extend my visa while I’m in Bali?

We assist with eligible extensions. Eligibility and steps depend on the visa you hold; contact us early, ideally at least 14 days before it expires. See our visa extension guide and confirm current requirements with Ngurah Rai Immigration.

Do you handle business and KITAS visas too?

Yes. We assist with eligible B1, C1, C2, D1 / D2 and E33G applications, as well as eligible visa extensions. Tell us your purpose and plans so we can confirm which route to check.

What happens if my visa application is rejected?

Indonesian Immigration makes the decision, so approval cannot be guaranteed. If Immigration refuses an application after lodgement, government fees and sponsor costs are non-refundable. We refund our service fee minus unrecoverable third-party costs. Read the full refund and cancellation policy.

How do you handle my documents?

We will explain which documents are needed after checking your route. Do not send passport scans or sensitive documents in your first WhatsApp message; wait for our document instructions. Read our privacy notice to see who may handle application documents and how long they are kept.

What happens after I request visa assistance?

We confirm the route and checklist, then send a written quote. If you approve and pay, our licensed agency partner reviews and lodges your application. See how the assistance process works.
